• Imagine the rhythmic sound of the waves breaking on the beach at the end of your garden. Picture a view – framed by perfect architectural symmetry – of a tranquil swimming pool, which appears to flow over a precipice onto the sands below. Towering coconut palms are reflected in the glassy surface of the pool, a coralline limestone wall is draped in pink and white bougainvillea, and the smell of the sea is carried on the breeze. Further investigation reveals a hidden lawn heralded by a water cascade, a secret large jacuzzi with its own private wooden deck, a river at the end of the garden and, finally, the beach, those relentless waves, and a fabulous vista stretching all the way down to Bali’s southernmost tip.
• A team of 14 thoughtful staff are standing by to wait upon you hand and foot (car and driver are included in the price of your stay). The chef’s home-cooked meals are served in an open-sided dining room, while plush furnishings and comfort are the order of the day in a delightful sitting room where the garden dares to intrude indoors. You can drink cocktails at sunset in a bubbling jacuzzi, watch movies in your own private mini cinema, and bath in a circular tub reminiscent of a coconut shell, before falling asleep in a luxurious, yielding bed – lulled by the melody of those waves…
• From a secure car park, a traditional Balinese doorway welcomes guests to the villa. At the bottom of a flight of steps is a pair of private enclosed stand-alone suites, each with a private entrance and courtyard garden surrounded by high walls. The jacuzzi suite’s bedroom opens onto a large bubbling jacuzzi open to the sky and has an en suite bathroom with a private garden featuring a rain shower and a waterfall. The two-bedroom suite is ideal for families as it presents two bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom and a courtyard garden. Beyond these suites is a sheltered lawn, with a charming sitting area shaded by palms.
• From here, the enticing view of the 20m infinity swimming pool, beach and ocean becomes apparent through the open porte cochere of the villa’s main two-storey building.
• The ground floor of the main building is open-plan, yet subtly divided into distinct rooms. There is a sitting area within the entrance hall (a lovely place to enjoy a coffee and a game of chess), and on one side facing the pool is a dining room with a table that can seat up to ten. A fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen is linked to the dining area by a wide hatch. On the other side is a sitting room, furnished with two comfy sofas and an antique coffee table. These rooms open to the garden and sea breezes, making the most of the tropical living experience, yet doors and blinds can be closed to create a cosy ambience. Hidden around the side of the building is a high-tech, air-conditioned home theatre with a large wall-mounted satellite-channel flat screen TV and DVD player, surround-sound, blackout curtains, and super comfortable built-in sofas tiered on two levels in true cinema style.
• Two more air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs, separated by an open mezzanine with more sitting areas and mesmerising views of the ocean. Each room has a private balcony for enjoying the scenery. All suites have their own individual characteristics, and are fitted with fantastic bathtubs and outdoor rain showers.

5 beautifully attired air conditioned bedrooms will sleep 10 or more if there are children. They are all equipped with king size beds and ceiling fans as an alternative to the air conditioning. The villa does benefit from a beautiful breeze brought by the ocean . All dressing rooms are air-conditioned too and offer electronic safe deposit boxes .Luxurious and indulgent en suite bathrooms are all different, fitted with bespoke terrazzo baths and sinks. They all include an air-conditioned section as well as an exotic outdoor rain shower . Each is provided with quality hair dryers as well as quality natural amenities products from Republic of Soap.
